   About Me

Hi! I am jda, pop in and say hello why don't you! I can talk about things other than music.....you know? I am an artist at heart, with a temperament to match! I like to create, if feeds my soul. I am not a religious person although I know people who are, I respect their beliefs regardless of what they think of mine, we all have to beileve in something, but theology holds no interest or answers for me personally. I consider myself an agnostic. I do not endorse bullying people on the web.

An example of physics

image

Here's something you can all try at home if you want to, get a glass or cup of reasonable height, get a spoon and fork, get a matchstick. Link the spoon with the fork (as picture) be careful when you couple them it can be tricky! Insert the match in the centre of the fork between the middle prongs (see picture) now you're ready to go.

Set the now joined spoon and fork with the match inserted on the lip of the glass and carefully balance it so when you let go it miraculously hangs there defying gravity! It looks impossible doesn't it? But there it is before your very eyes.

The excercise demonstrates forces and counter forces related to physics, but do you know what they are?

Have fun, let me know how you did.
